Payment Page

When a client uses the payment page and chooses check as their form of payment it gives them the address to sent the payment too.

Is there a way to change that address but still keep the warehouse address for mapping etc.

Currently the address populates with our warehouse which we do get mail at but that is not the best location to send payments to, we prefer them going to the po box.

I found where i could add an extra address under settings warehouse/addresses.

But adding it here does that create Multiple locations under the subscriptions that creates extra monthly fees?

You can have multiple addresses here, and use one for billing (Settings-Payment Options: Payment & Contract Mailing Location), and another address for distance charges (Settings->Distance Charges: Start Location)

These do not incur extra fees.

A "multi-location account", which costs more, would allow you to have multiple warehouses that you charge seperate delivery fees from. Each "location" would have it's own set of settings. It is generally used for a franchise style company that operates out of several cities with a warehouse in each city, different employees, different merchant accounts that get paid, different logos, ect (but one head office).

Great... that worked just fine.

I seen that option but wasn't sure about the subscription charges for adding addresses there.

Thanks as always
