Payment fail

Hello, lead 3585625 has made several attempts with different cards and keeps getting a decline. Declines are showing on log but there is no reason listed. Contacted Open Edge, they have no records of any charge attempts being made and the customers bank is not seeing anything either.

It seems like the credit card form wasn't working right. We've removed that credit card field and re-added it so it should be working correctly now.
