Payment emails

Have you figured a way to stop the emails for payment going to people who are paying the night of the event OR for auctions who don't pay until after the auction? Also, would like to put in payment due dates on the lead page so the system wouldn't send auto emails until x number of days prior to payment due date.

Is this possible?

If you want to prevent an auto-email from going on a lead you can go to the Auto Email tab of the lead to do that.

You can set a lead filter to an email to have it only go to certain types of events, but it currently wouldn't work for the above situation (where you want it to go to everyone except one type of customer).

It's possible the payment due-date could be solved using a lead filter. See below:

  • Emails: You can now create multiple auto-emails and assign a lead filter to it. For example you can create a lead filter for delivery type ‘pick-up’ and assign it to an event reminder email telling them to bring an appropriate vehicle.

Email Filter Setup:

  1. Create and save a Lead Filter that will be used for your an auto-email.
  2. In Email Center, edit the email that you want to customize
  3. Set the Lead Filter and click Save Copy.
  4. When you re-load the Email Center you’ll now see both emails. The filtered ones are sent to first to any matching events. Any that don’t match will be sent the non-filtered email. Customers won’t get more than one of the same email.
