Pay Later with paypal

IS there a way to integrate the pay later option that paypal offers? Paypal credit offers customers 4 payments to them at a later time.
I like this idea
I will bring this up but honestly I think this is up to Paypal and what types of businesses they want to offer this to. This is a credit decision on their part.
