Packing list template/ *setupstart* and *tdownstart*

hi -


We have our packing lists set to show the setup and taredown times, but we rarely set those manually, unless we specifically want to remind ourselves of something we've promised certain customers.


Just recently (two, maybe three weeks), we've noticed that those times are being automatically set to show the event times. I don't think I've touched those settings so maybe a glitch or something happened during the latest update?


under our contract for any customer, the setupstart and tdownstart times are empty, but in the packing list, using the * variables, it is showing them as the event start and event times

The reason you didn't notice them before was actually because of a bug that didn't set them correctly. If you aren't setting a setup duration/tear down duration, then they would use the event times.


I'm not seeing a contract template in your account that uses these variables. I could be missing something. In order for us to run trouble shoot this, can you provide a lead ID number for us where this is happening?

A specific Lead ID is 1137568. But truthfully it is happening with every single lead (in any status) We have the settings so that it does NOT automatically do the setup/takedown times.


There are very rare occasions where we manually set the setup-start and tdown-start times, and those are the only times that we'd like to packing slips to actually show those times when using those variables.

This is working as intended now. If you rarely use this feature, it may be better for you to just ommit this from your packing list and type it in a notes field when it deviates from the norm.
