Packing list for pickup and setup

We often have two crews touch an event, one for setup and one for take down. In the routing tab, it gives the option to print he delivery packing list and return packing list. How to I make these unique to the activity? In other words, I want the delivery crew to have a delivery packing list, was item A setup, etc. and the take down crew to have another set of questions, was item A cleaned, etc.

We don't have a way to do that yet. It's on our list to do, though. At this time, whatever you come up with would have to have all the information on one doc for both crews.
