Packing List Checkboxes

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a second checkbox next to all items listed on our packing list. I've attempted this with a plain-text box, but it did not have the desired effect. Our reasoning is that we sometimes have one crew load a truck and when our crew going out on the truck the next day checks their load, we would like there to be a record of that without having to print the packing list for the same lead again.

We don't have the ability to enter it side by side, but we could put a box in for you at the end of all your packing list items so that it would show up to the right of each item. Should we go ahead and do that?

We realized there are multiple locations to this account which makes this more difficult to accomplish automatically, or by running a script. You may have to copy/paste this character manually next to each packing list item: ☐

Or just inform your workers to place a checkmark next to the item name on the right hand side even though there isn't a checkbox.

If the checkbox is nessesary, we would have to contact you this accounts administrator to get permission to add it to all inventory items in the account.
