Not all of our clients are showing up in this box. I ahve found several that have an outstanding balance or an unsigned contract after the event has been completed that are not in the contract due area.
The status of the event can affect whether they are included and your Setting->Statuses control this.
Status must have 'contract out to customer', 'lead is confirmed', or 'lead has been completed' checked.
