Overnight rentals

How can I prevent customers from requesting overnight rental times? Some put a 24 hour period on their request. We like to cut off pickups at dark unless indoor or having made other arrangements.

Go to Settings->Business Hours. Set it to Restrict Booking.

Then enter your hours such as 6 am - 10 pm for each day. This will allow anyone to get quotes for any hours they choose, but if they want to auto-book it will require that the event start and end within the set hours.

We do have ours set that way, however, that does not seem to stop someone from booking an overnight. If the delivery time and the setup time were within the hours of operation, the computer will allow the booking even though it goes overnight.

You'll also need to go to Settings -> General Settings and set

Allow Multi-Day Quotes: no

Hello,

I know this is an old post so things may have moved around. Where is the option to restrict Multi-Day Quotes?

Thanks.
