Overbooking

Isn't there some other way to identify for a customer's quote when an attraction is overbooked? We have lately had customers book more units than we have in inventory and the overbooking appears in red, the same way it would if the item was booked by another customer. They don't understand that they can't ask us for 4 of the same unit when we only have 1 available. When the quote comes back actually multiplying teh rental cost by the overbooked amount, it makes it seem like we have them but they are already booked by other customers.

Is sounds like they're increasing the quantity while it's in the the shopping cart. The quote form doesn't let them select more than what's in your inventory, but the shopping cart on the site doesn't know how many are 'in stock". We don't have a solution for this yet, but we intend to create one in the future.
