Overbooking Issue

This order was created today. The items in red and blue are both booked on the same previously created order. (# 5475217) Why is one red and another blue?

It looks like lead 5615783 is no longer showing items overbooked. Where you able to find what was causing this?

Its no longer overbooked because we removed the two items from the other order. I am asking you what caused this.

I apologize for my misunderstanding. Typically an item will show in red if it is unavailable for a lead, and the item that is causing the overbooking will show in blue. Since lead 5475217 was book 6/21 I believe both items should have shown red on 5615783. I'll create a ticket for this issue so our developers can look into why this happened. I'll let you know as soon as I have an update from them.
