Our contract page format just changed a lot this morning...please help!
Not a Problem
Not sure what happened, but our 'custom wrapper' on our contract page just changed a lot since I last looked at a contract a couple days ago.
The credit card fields, signature fields, print/email buttons are no longer on the left of the page...everything is centered. The font colors/backgrounds are now following our wrapper .css rules, so you can't read much. The alert box (success, card denied etc) is now at the middle of the page somewhere etc.
We've not changed any settings...this page is pretty confusing now. Please advise.

Same issue on this account. There's no left column for payments and right column for the contract body. Alerts like "successful payment" are somewhere in the middle of the page. Please advise.

I'm not seeing this on either account. Not sure if it was fixed already or was just a temporary glitch.
Are you still seeing the issue?

It's still an issue. Not on mobile view, but desktop. Noticed on Firefox, but just chose desktop view on chrome mobile and got the same.

And now it's back to normal.

Weird. I checked again on both of our servers and they both appeared fine. If it happens again, use the F12 key when on your browser, go to the Console tab and refresh the page. It will help indicate what is causing the problem. Anything in red would be a concern.

Interestingly, when it corrected itself I was on the contract page and it just switched...almost like there was a 20 second delay for all of the page's code to kick-in. Now, it happens as soon as you open the page on either browser

That would indicate either a slow computer or internet issue. Does the computer seem to be running slower than normal? Any internet issues lately?

Nothing to do with the computer or internet as it occurred on firefox at home and work, and my cell on 4g chrome, and wife's cell on 4g android browser. On the desktops I refreshed several times, cleared cache etc before posting.

Actually , it's still doing it on chrome mobile 'desktop view". Both accounts

Okay. Well my guess is there was a temporary glitch happening with slow internet (on your end, or our end or one of the computers between us). It caused one of the style files to load slowly or not at all. Now you are still seeing the issue due to caching. If you see it happen, try clearing your browser cache and re-load the page to see if it goes away.

I was working on a lead this morning, contract looked normal (Firefox). Opened another contract, back to the same goofy format. Closed all tabs, deleted cache, deleted all IO cookies, logged back in, same thing.
Opened in Chrome, and it looks fine. Opened in chrome mobile, goofy. Deleted cookies from IO and cache, reloaded page, still goofy.
I'm stumped.
