This customer, Jeff, has 2 profiles. Our next release has a major improvement in a customer merge utility that will help reduce the number of profiles per customer for minor differences. However; you are likely going to see problems in the future if you continue renaming all your customer's organizations "Job #x"
It's going to group customers together that aren't supposed to be the same customer. The Organization field isn't just a plain text field. It has a function it serves.

I've recently starting using the Organization field as a job number because it seems that "Organization" is everywhere to identify each job, calendar, directions...etc.
Seems like it's the most important identifying factor throughout the system.
honestly, the actual origination of each lead/order/job is not really that important to me.
The main things that are important, (to me anyway), is the setup time, event location location, customer contact and the items we need to deliver.
Doesn't matter to me if the job is for the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Elks Lodge, Church of the Holy Saints, McDonalds.........the name of company that is ordering doesn't help me get the job done and make the money.
The name of the organization doesn't facilitate the delivery or make sure we get there on time or ensure the customers get exactly what they order.
It's just easier for me to tell my guys "Hey, pick up job #4 at 7pm instead of 6pm"
"Hey, Job #2 called and move the party 2 houses over"
Instead of "Hey lead #117463 called and wants you to get there later than 4pm"
Or "Hey, Burger King called and said to add a popcorn machine"
ohh, ok..i see whats going on now.

I'd recommend "Event Name" for this, but be sure to take it out of any of the auto emails that use it in the email to the customer as a template variable (check the subject line of the email too).

I believe I tried that for a couple of weeks but "organization" was still the main identifying factor in the calendar, delivery directions, and on the Overview tab where you can see everything.
Don't worry I'll figure it out now that I have time to prep for next year.
