Order Confirmed email

Is there a way to send an Order Confirmed email to all customers once they have completed the appropriate steps? I currently use the Customer - Deposit Received email since they cannot pay without signing the contract first.
Since I am now using Commercial clients with a deposit of 0%, it would be useful if they can also receive a confirmation email once their one step (sign contract) has been completed.

Currently the only way to do this would be to use the Customer - Contract received email. Since you are doing it different for your two customer types you may have to setup some filters.
Go to Leads->More Filters. Set the customer type to Commercial and save the filter. Next go to your email center and edit the Customer - Contract Received email. Set the filter to your commercial one and save a copy. You'll now have the version that only goes to Commercial customers and the original that will go to everyone else.

I have saved the filter, but I cant the option to show up on the drop down list for the auto-email.
