optional fields not transferring to lead notes

The option for "stairs/hills" is still visible on my quote page but the entry is not transferring to the lead notes as it did before.

I checked your optional fields and didn't see that field there. I recreated it and it synced back up with your quote page and it seems to be working now. Let us know if you continue to have issues.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, it also seems that the "notes" section that used to transfer over also got disabled. Can you please reconnect? Is this something that was caused by the update?
