With the new openedge integration, how do I process a credit card refund through IO?

Enter payment on contract tab with negative amount, and choose 'charge saved card'. Thanks!

Scratch that, it's not working. Lead 2490557 if you want to try it yourself. I'm trying to refund the $104 credit balance.

One of the payments was made with Authorize.net, so you won't be able to refund that via IO. You'll probably have to refund that via Authorize.net directly. You should be able to refund the other payment in IO, but you'll probably have to do a bit of trial and error on picking the right choice from the "payment type" drop down since you happen to have a token saved for authorize.net and for OpenEdge.

I tried refunding it to both options but neither worked. Oh well, hopefully just a problem that will go away when I get past the Auth.net payments. I did this one the old fashioned way, so we're all good. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay. There was a conflict causing the issue cause you had Authorize recharging on, even though you had Authorize off. We are releasing that fix shortly. It should work for future refunds. Thanks.

I refunded an open edge charge using credit and the customer called stating it didn't go through. I read the above but I do not see an option to refund it to saved card, I see cimcharge, 2 different cimcharges. lead 2652789

R.J., I'm going to send you a direct email to keep you lead information private, but you've selected the wrong option from the payment type drop down on this lead.
