Every site I have ever paid with a credit card on would always take me to a secure page https: to input the credit card information. Please share with us how we can put our customers minds at ease on this topic please as I had a customer refuse to use his card on our site today because she did not think it was secure.

Technically, the payment is submitted securely even though the browser doesn't show it. But the reason the browser isn't showing it is because your website doesn't have SSL setup and we are hosting the contract page on your server.

Solutions:

1. Contact your Web Host and get an SSL certificate setup. If you have access to cpanel, you can go to the Let's Encrypt at the bottom and activate it easily.

2. We can turn off having the quote/contract pages hosted on your site and have them on our server. This will allow the pages to be secured. Got to IO->Settings->Wordpress and change it to IO instead of Site.
