Open Edge Payment Issue

I seem to be having an issue today with setting up your open edge payments in the IO app

we have all the credentials set but when we click on make a payment it asks us to sign into OE

This is only happening on certain users.

We'll take a look at this and see if we can figure anything out. We noticed you've made around 20 denied OE mobile payments today (between 1:06:45PM-1:49:40PM EDT) on your GREGHARKINS6101 account. Most of them were denied because of an "invalid credentials" error, meaning one or more of your XWEB credentials were entered incorrectly on the IO settings page. To confirm, these payments are not related to the issue you've brought up, correct? You're saying that when some of your workers click "Make a Payment" from the IO app, they're brought to a page on the OE app that asks for a username and password? Are they eventually brought back to the IO app or does it just stay there? Do you see any error messages displayed? Any additional details would help, but I would first make sure you're 100% positive the XWEB credentials are all entered correctly for the users who are experiencing the issues, as this is a common mistake to make.
