Online payments being made by customers is being declined

This has also happened to 3-5 other customers as well in the past week and a half.

This is an error returned by Authorize.net. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do about it. Customer should just try again in a few minutes. It's likely this issue will go away on it's own.

I'll reach out to them to see if there is any additional help they can provide.
