I had a client call and say she was having an issue making a payment not being able to enter the info.


i logged on to look at what her issue was and this is what i found on the payment screen

when she clicked to make a payement a few issues


payment methods show 2 credits instead of one so that was her first confusion (why is that)

And the credit card enter spaces was a bit confusion even for me

i understand the ... ... ... ... is for credit card number and mm/yy is for exp date


but the cvv has no box around it and she was clicking on the title instead of where the info should go and zip is just as confusion.


can you change that info to have boxes around it, or better titles so CVV and CVV dont match maybe the title CVV could say CVV Code or something other than the same letters.


Postal code/zip code has no box or xxx or anything its just floating out there and you have to click around to find where to enter the info


and why do i have 2 Credit Buttons? what is the different.

Our clients can't make online payments today and we can't process through IO

I just check a lead and it seemed to work for authorize. PayPal seemed to work as well. It may be an issue with having Square and Authorize both enabled. I would suggest disconnecting Square if you are continuing to experience issues. Please let me know the lead you are seeing this with and which payment type you are trying to use. Thanks.

I figured it out.. some reason my square option was turned on

I would suggest the square button say SQUARE instead of CREDIT

It was never intended that 2 credit processing options be on at the same time. PayPal is different because people can actually pay with their account. Square is just another credit card processor. It really doesn't make sense to have it on with PayJunction as well. I'll put a task in to prevent this in the future. Thanks!
