Once again, searching by quote number isn't working on some accounts

I was searching for 596531...when I type 596 it eliminates everything except 3 orders from 2012. The last time this happened, it was doing it on my cell and browser, but it seemed okay on your end. Partial searches of a lead id do not work. You have to type in the full number. When you typed in 596 it was matching a partial email address.
