You must be printing the vehicle packing list which doesn't by default have the event notes on it. The regular packing list for the event does. They are shown under the surface type. Since the notes are event specific, we made it work that way. It is possible to put the notes on the vehicle packing list, but it would make the most sense to put them in the table and this could cause the table to be quite big. You cannot do this from your account. We would have to do it for you.
