Not moving to Confirmed Status after deposit is made

I have my "Confirmed" Status set so all orders are set to confirmed once a deposit is made.
Lead ID #1317105 left a deposit and it stayed in "Contracted" status.
anyway to have it automatically move into confirmed status?

There are 2 properties in the Confirmed status at play here:
Mark Lead to this Status after Contract has been Signed
Mark Lead to this Status after Deposit has been Paid
If you have both of them checked, it checks BOTH Conditions before it moves up to Confirmed. If you uncheck the "Mark Lead to this Status after Contract has been Signed," Then it will only check the Deposit condition and move it up.
