No payment tab on contract page

Payment tab is not showing up on contract page. Have checked other pages and it looks fine, can you please check?

Looks like it didnt pop up because the contract was updated but not signed. Issue resolved.

Is there a way to remove the green "Success! Your event is confirmed..." banner once the contract has been updated and replaced with something like "Your contract has been updated, please sign new contract to accept" so that customers will be prompted to signing the new contract. The green banner makes it seem as if the updated contract does not need to be signed...

This message is controlled by the status that the lead is in. It will display if the event is in a status that has the flag "Lead is a Confirmed Event."


You may want to consider adding a status between "booking" and "confirmed" to move things down to when it's essentially confirmed (ie, you'll do the gig either way), but the customer really should be doing something with their contract. Copy the Confirmed status, but remove that flag (Lead is a Confirmed Event), and remove the flags:

Mark Lead to this Status after Contract has been Signed

Mark Lead to this Status after Deposit has been Paid


That way leads only go there when you manually downgrade their status.


Otherwise your option is just to move it down to "booking" but the lead will not move to the "complete" status after the event date passes, won't go to the worker calendar, ect.

Thanks. So if I do that, will the status automatically move back to the new status when the contract is updated? Or will this have to be done manually with every contract update?

There's no automatic way to downgrade the status like that at the moment.

I tried making a new status but it seems the customer wont be able to go back and sign the updated contract?

It needed the "Lead has Contract Out to Customer" flag. I've updated the "updated" status with this for you.
