Newsletter Error Message

When testing a newsletter manually to an email address, we received the below error show above the newsletter itself (in the email received):

"Admin: any contract links contained in this email may not work correctly until you change the status of at least one of your leads to contracted or above."

We obviously do not want that so would like to clarify:

  1. is this because the email address was not linked to a current or completed contract in the database?
  2. Does the newsletter not send to people that have only received quotations but not moved forward into contract status?
  3. If the newsletter goes to everyone including ^, does the error message show and why?

What is the name of the newsletter that you are testing out? This is usually due to an incorrect link or variable in the template. Let me know the name of newsletter and I can take a look. Thanks

There were no contracts let nks built in.


The msg only showed when I sent it to myself as a test

It doesn't look like the newsletter has any filters...so it should go out to everyone, regardless if they had an event or not. I tried to send to myself to test out with no issues. Try to test it again and send to yourself and let me know if it gives you an error still...thanks!
