New workers not showing up in list to assign to an event

Not a Problem

I've added new workers to our account. I verified they are "active" and linked to the correct location. Yet, when I try to assign the new workers, they do not show up in the drop down list. I refreshed the browser in case there was a lag between creating the new workers and being able to assign them a shift. Still no luck.

Have you given them a position?

Figured it out. I "saved copy" from another event/location and when selecting worker was all workers designated to the other territory. Changed to correct territory page location and found my new workers. thanks anyways.
