New Filter variable cheat sheet? is there a list or location that list all the different variables/attributes that we type in the new keyword box? ex. "loc:", "rental:", etc.

You can type org: Big Company in the lead keyword box to only search the organization name. If you just type Big Company in the box it will search all the fields. Below is a list of the keywords that can be used

ref = referral
id = lead id
qp = quote page name
dt = delivery type
venue = venue name
loc = multi-location warehouse name
email = customer email
phone = searches all phone/fax numbers

salesrep = sales rep name
salesrep: none = returns all leads without an assigned sales rep

It does not search the notes fields or any optional fields. Searching full text fields in the database is very inefficient.
