New email template not showing in "auto emails"

We created a new email template in the email centre (customer - referral) set to automatically go out 2 days after an event.

The template is not coming up however in the "auto-emails" section of leads so that we have the option to manually turn it off if need be.

Could you please add it?

It is showing for me under the event tab:

This is not the screen I'm referring to. That's normal email templates.


Within a lead, select the "Auto Email" tab second from the end where automatic emails are sent.

Example attached. You'll also note our "final payment reminder" email also doesn't show in there... ?

Those are the original auto emails listed there. The newly "copied" emails don't show up there. But I am putting in a ticket to see if this is a possibility.

So what if we just created a "new email" and then inserted the data from the "copied" email into that "new template"...would that work? ie. show in auto-emails?

No, because auto emails can only be created from a copy of another auto email. If you create a brand new one it would be a manual email.
