New delivery vehicle/times not replacing the previous ones

Sometimes we have to change delivery times or the vehicle, but I noticed it doesn't replace previous schedules. Is there anyway to get around this? I attached an example so that this is more clear.

This should not happen. I see a couple issues with the way you are using the system that probably were the cause.

  1. Your end time of the event is 11:58. We work in 15 minute increments (although we can switch it to 5 minute increments in some areas).
  2. I think this may be why you have the small clocks next to your rental items on the lead screen. These should only show when you specifically want to have a different time for those rental items - different from the event time.

Try using 15 minute increments for times, and let us know if you have issues. Also, we only support FireFox, Chrome, and Safari web browsers for the backend of IO. Make sure you are using one of those.


Since the example you sent is past, it may not matter to you, but if you tell me which of those delivery slots to keep, I can remove the others. Thanks.
