Need More Information Once Payment is Made

We are getting calls and emails multiple times a day asking if payment has gone through from our clients. Other than the balance dropping to $0, there is no pop-up window or new landing page that lets them know payment was made. In many cases Clients are paying twice because they have no idea their credit card went through. I did a test run over ten minutes ago and haven't even gotten a confirmation email yet!! We need a solution for this,

I would turn on the Customer - Payment Received in your Patina location. I looks like its on in the Nomad location but this could we why you aren't receiving confirmation on some of your payments.

I see. And as far as a "Payment Received" banner or popup window on the contract page, is that possible?
