seems my new web page and the quote/cart is more cumbersome for my customers since they have top go to the bottom to enter the event details and contact info

Im spending more time trying to help customer thru the process and wondering is there a way they can see the event details as soon as they enter the quote or cart and enter those details and then select?

Please advise

We are a little backed up on some edit requests at the moment, but I can see this is still on a todo list for a member of our dev team with a high priority. It hasn't been lost. You'll likely get an update this week that it's completed.

Paulette,

I got your request about changing your quote page ordering. The only issue if I do this is it will no longer capture partial leads. The way it is setup right now is if they start filling in their contact info (phone/email) it will save it even if they never complete the quote. This allows you additional opportunities for leads. If I switch the order around then you won't get their info unless they fill it all out. Partial leads do account for about a 15% boost in leads. The customer section needs to appear above events for this to work.
