Multiple Emails going out to staff

This lead sent 3 emails to each staff on the first send out
Some of my staff told me this happened before but this is the first one they came to me about where i could track it back

This isn't an automatic email. It looks like Heather sent it multiple times. I could be wrong, but it doesn't appear to be something our code is doing.

OK, i looked at the log and seen that they was sent several times. Wasnt sure if she messed up or something was hung in the server or what.
