Missing testimonials

I went in today looking for a negative testimonial a customer mentioned she left...and it's not there. I'm wondering how many others are missing, or why. This lead is 3626043. In her lead, I can see the response to the survey in the survey tab. When I goto settings>testimonials I do not. It's imperative that we see negative reviews so we can rectify issues that prompted them. Please advise.

I saw the survey in the survey tab and saw that it was added to testimonials but wasn't showing up there. I was doing some tests on a demo account and when I returned to your lead the survey was no longer on the survey tab. Did you happen to delete the survey results?

It seems as though this survey has been deleted and we are not exactly sure how. Sadly we do not back-up the customer surveys and so we do not have a copy of it. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience. I'm going to talk with the team about logging the "delete" so we can track it. To back these up for yourself you could activate the alert email for customer surveys in Settings -> Alert Center and you would receive a copy of the filled out survey to your email address. I apologize again for this inconvenience and I'll be putting this in our product development system to be further reviewed.

So we dont know why it didnt show up begin with? As a backup plan, I decided to scroll thru the flagged events in Overview to make sure I didnt miss any...but this one wasn't ever flagged, either. As you can see, we dont delete the flags.

No, we cannot tell why this survey wasn't showing up because it's gone and we cannot test it anymore. I'm very sorry this happened and if you notice a survey not syncing to the testimonial page after being added to it again we'll be able to troubleshoot it better and figure out why that's happening.
