I tried to Merge 2 accounts, Sparks Catering and Sparks Events but now when I tried to look up Sparks Events neither account appeared. It should be Sparks Events with Yoely and Faigy Heshowitz as contacts.

It seems to have worked properly. Is it possible you have something else in the filter as you were trying to look up the customers? Can you still not find them? Can you tell me exactly what you are doing if you are still experiencing trouble? Thanks.
