Mark lead as unread
Under Consideration
It would be helpful for us to have the ability to mark a lead as "unread" similar to an email inbox. Sometimes we, as management, would like to open a new lead to look at the specifics but once we do that, it's bold status goes away and our office staff no longer sees it as a new quote.
I understand there are ways around this, such as flagging leads for follow up, but in keeping with consistency of how we manage our inbox, I think it could be useful.
