Manually send payment reminder

We want to turn off the automatic payment reminder as it causes too much confusion for customers. However, when I make it inactive, it no longer shows up as an option to send manually. Is there a way we can send these reminders manually as needed?

You can copy it's content to your clip board, click "new email," and create a manual template and paste the content in.
