when you enter an item for maintenance could there be a way to capture who entered?
that would give us the ability to speak with them should we need more information before working on the repair.
Also when the repair is completed could there be a way to add notes as to what was done and who did the repair?
It would be great to be able to track this information

I can put this in as a requested update. Until then, you could have your employees enter their name in the notes so you know who put it into maintenance. This is the notes field on the survey question about maintenance. Thanks.
