LOG Issue - time read
Not a Problem
I emailed a client and looked at the email to make sure it went through. The LOG said she read the email at 12:09... then updated a few minutes later to say she read the same email at 12:11. Now it’s saying she read it at 12:17... why would the time keep changing?

The way we get this number is by inserting a tiny image file into the email. When the customer opens the email, the image file is downloaded from our server. We record when the image is downloaded into the log. So the customer is probably just re-opening the email a few times.
