Linked quantity for chairs not working correctly

I have two options for chairs, setup and take down. They both show linked quantity but do not automatically change to the number of chairs being rented.

Is it the customer interface or the admin side that you see the issue? Sorry, but I don't have good records on the issue. Could you explain the problem again?

We no longer use the customer interface, its the backend. I made a change to the way quantities are selected. Before it was a drop down now it's a text entry field. The issue was if we choose 150 chairs and the client wanted setup and take down the quantities did not link. A few times we didn't notice and charged $.25 to setup 150 chairs...

I setup a test case, and it seems to be working with both the item and option being a text box. Is it still not working for you?

Im having this issue currently on the rental party account.
i have china and flatware individual set up with accessories items and had them linked but it didnt work correct so i unlinked them. what i want is if they take 50 spoons 50 knives 50 forks for the total to show 150 times the per item rate.. the 150 should appear beside the flatware individual inventory item ..
what am i doing wrong

Greg, this would be a good feature and we don't have a way of doing it now but I'll add this to our product development system and we'll work on making this happen.
