All of my deliveries are within a 6 hour window, not exact times. If I can accommodate 5 deliveries per day, how can I limit the number of bookings to 5?

We don't have a feature limiting the number of jobs per day, but if you get too busy for one day, you can set a "blackout date" in Settings->Online Quoting to limit more bookings that day.
