Lead ID Number

Is there a way to get the lead ID number to show up in the area where the Client name is?
Like in the grey box area ?
We find our self always needed that number for things and have to scroll down and up all the time
There isn't because this isn't editable. But the columns in the list of leads are editable. You create a lead report of the columns you want to have displayed and save it, then use that report in Settings->General Settings.

Thanks.. we have edited our columns already just was curious about getting the ID to show up with the client name too

i wanted to bring this up again..
i totally understand we cant edit the customer name box on the lead screen but could it be hard coded maybe like in the corners? it would only help to keeps the up and down scrolling to a minimum.
Since the box is coded to show name couldn't it just add the lead id field somewhere in there?

This is likely coming in the next few months. We're making lead improvements before this spring and having the lead ID more prominent in the interface will help us do support better too.
