Lead Conversion from IO to QB

Good Morning Lead:1999605 I created this lead as Disney Planes Combo, verified the email before sending it to my cust. Received signed contract of the Planes Combo but confirmed Module was signed, It had the option to delete it and I did bec it was the wrong unit, now the signature is gone. Even though the correct contract is selected from the template and save the snap shot of contract correctly for the unit it defaults to Module. I thought since i have the QB Conversion that once the lead is complete in IO that it would convert automatically to QB.

This lead did not convert to QB. Thank you, Mary

If a signed contract is deleted, you lose it. I think I may be able to recover it for you if you would like, but I'll have to check. Signatures are attached to the contract. If the contract is wrong, whether you delete it or not, you should make a correct contract by selecting the auto generated contract template as active, clearing the contract received date, sending a new contract email to your customer, and making your customer sign again. Snapshots are only necessary if you are making customizations to the contract.


Leads go into QB if they are in Confirmed or higher status (although status settings can be changed for this) or have a payment on them. This lead got a payment and was confirmed on 2017-03-07. According to the QB dashboard in IO at Settings->QuickBooks, the last time you connected was 2017-03-05. I also noticed that your payments are not going in because either you deleted or never had a necessary account called 'Undeposited Funds'. This account should be of the type "Other Current Asset". You should create it so that your payments come in from IO.

Thank you. Can you please assist with the Contract issue? Please see Lead ID 1995285. Customer Contracts Contract: Module 3/7/2017 5:33pm. The rental item is TMNT but the signed contract is Module. Also ad additional fee is being added as you can see on this lead FEE $ 3.30 has been added. This happens automatically, i don't know why or how this occurs. My guess is that Maps has something to do with it, perhaps it is collecting toll fees. This has happened quite a bit, i don't charge customer toll fees, but in this case the payment is already paid and i can't edit the charge. I appreciate all your assistance.
