Lead Changed Email

On this email we turned it on the other day and today i got my first one.
2 things
can you add the lead id to the subject line like our other email subjects include (leadid) at the end
and
when you click on the view lead link in the email it just takes you to the lead screen with all the leads listed, its not linked to the specific lead in regards to the email.

Can you forward the email to me? I should be able to make those changes without issue.
