When I made changes to lead # 422671 and regenerate the contract, the old contract is shown.

When regenerating or adding an additional contract, be sure to select it as the active contract. That way all the links will reflect it. If you've done so, there may be an instance where you need to click the lead again to refresh the page and update the links to the contract. I looked at the lead and it seems you must have figured this out cause it looks correct.
