Keyword only works for company name search

When looking for leads by company name, I can click into the keyword and find it. When looking for leads by customer name, venue name, event name, ID# and click into it, nothing comes up. How can I find a lead other than going thru the customer look up?

I tested this and was able to search by customer last name. Are you still experiencing it? if so, can you let me know exactly what to type to reproduce it?
