Is there a KB article explaining how to make use of the advanced features section of a rental item?
We are experimenting with using the "extra contract details" and "operator instructions" sections but I don't see where they actually get used and get displayed to the customer. Are there variables that we can use to insert them into the contract?
Any pointers on this is appreciated.

It's difficult to explain this tab on paper because those features vary in functionality quite a bit depending on the application of our users. But it sounds like we just need to get the correct template variable in your templates for you so that these items start showing up where you want them. There are variables to insert them into the contract, but you also have to put a bit of special HTML in so that the code "loops" through all the rentals that the customer is getting to look for "extra contract details" for each. I can help you put this in your contract template correctly if you let us know where you want it.
