Items not showing on the contract

I have an item that I booked for a client. It shows on the event screen but does not show up on the contract. What do I do to make it show up on the contract?
1. Go to Setting, click on the item to edit it.
2. Click on Pages (near the top-left underneath the item name).
3. Make sure all the Pages are checked in the bottom section.
