Item not showing on contract
Not a Problem
I am having this issue on our "Mini Train" item. All pages are selected correctly, and the item is active. I can't get it to show on the contract. Lead# 1012311 for example.

In Settings->Inventory->Accessories/Add-Ons, you have "List these Accessories to the customer as if they are separate Rental Units. This will hide the main item." checked. That means you have to make another accessory to show the regular version. Then you have to select that accessory. The main unit will not show on customer facing pages/docs. Maybe call it "Mini Train Basic". Or maybe what you mean to do is not have that checked.
