Item condition
Completed
It would be very helpful if there was a way to note which condition items were in as of last rental. Options such as:
Clean/Ok to rent
Damaged
Dirty/Not ready
It would be especially awesome if the "damaged or not ready" conditions could show as conflicts for upcoming events so we could know which items would need to be addressed before their next rentals.
We currently use an external spreadsheet to manage this, but if something like this was integrated into IO it would an extremely useful option.

If you click on the Surveys tab of a lead there is a survey intended for the employee to fill out. With the workers module, drivers/managers would complete the survey from the Worker Schedule (given permission settings allow them to); but the survey can also be completed within the lead. The survey includes a question about the conditions of the units.
There is already a feature for taking damaged items out of inventory in Settings->Maintenance.
