Issues trying to process a payment from the customer's interface

Lead # 737333


She said it just kept going back to the payment screen. Authorize.net shows no attempted transactions, yet the log in IO shows many entries at 8:40 indicating that she was trying. Any idea what may have happened?

There were 3 attempts that returned the following error from Authorize:

The credit card number is invalid.


The error is showing, but your template is heavily modified and it's getting lost in the noise. New pages are coming out soon. The errors should be more obvious on them. If you would like, you could change the styling and location of the %cc_message% variable in your template so it's more obvious.
